I think the CTA gives so much information. I have just been burned trying to not get this and trying to be, you know, consider it of it. And there's times that we haven't. The most important triage decisions are being made with a normal CTA in terms of vascular malformations. You want to decide whether this person is going to need an angiogram or not. This one could stay at Utah Hospital for another day. It doesn't matter how many interribal centers like it might be all over the U.S., they're still hemorrhaging. So don't skim on contrast.
