So far the accuracy has been fantastic. I haven't done deep dives for example, and like high level strength training program design. It's interesting because my understanding is GPT crawls the internet and takes hundreds if not thousands plus of results or published information and then somehow comes to a correct answer. And so to take something that isn't super high level in fitness, but a question like, you know, how much protein per day is optimal for losing body fat and retaining muscle mass? That'd actually be a really cool content idea. We'll see."
