How to Care for the People We Have the Privilege of Leading
We don't teach recognitions celebration in our business schools, ok? We don't teach ampathetic listening. And again, as i said, we now teach people how to care for the people they have the privilege of leading. To heal the brokenes, that poverty of dignity we have in the world. It's not about paying people more and better benefits. That's nothing to do with it. It's about letting know that they matter and feel valued,. So they can go home and treat those people and behave communities from a foundation they feel cared for. Silly seal, least inspired to care for others as they've been cured for themselves.
