What Are the Exotic Particles?

The sun makes lots of nutrinos when it produces nuclear fusion, and is like a hundred billion of them raining down on every square centimeter of the earth. But they're mostly invisible to us, and they don't play a role in the atom. The universe just canamace these particles out of nothingness, right? Like there's some sort of collision or reaction in the centre of the sun, and then that energy becomes particles that can exist - including stuff like the nutrino.
