I'm fascinated by the way in which you kind of represented the spectrum and the importance of being able to move across that spectrum. What does that look like? Can you give an example of, Hey, because oftentimes it's, so I think we have very similar template of kind of professional development. You can use that to, then you can have those conversations and those conversations can reflect those experiences or those feelings that we all have about these technologiesthat we don't understand very well.
