I love this idea of quickly being able to test something out in the form of a conversation. So you've got to hypothesis about what product might, how it might be,. And you can deliver it. But either way, bots couldn't be a really useful research tool. I reacted partly to the way that they hung themselves up on SMS. It's falling like a stone in every country where it's in use. We're seeing a diversification of chat platforms with things like Snapchat, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram and all these different ones.
