How to Pray the Liturgy of the Hours

I really like that image of the liturgy of the hours surrounding the Mass and extending the Mass because really that's the best thing that we have. If you're using the book, it can be a little frustrating at first, but like anything else that we do, it takes a little bit of practice and we come to learn it. Maybe if I were to suggest and when people ask, I would say start with just perhaps night prayer is the easiest prayer. Just pray night prayer until you get the hang of it. Then morning prayer and evening prayer, as I said before, are the most essential hours.
