If you have a chart that is interactive, so you can click it with a mouse, or you can hover and get special tool sip information, anything like that. If it's in any way interactive with mouse, it must also be interactive with a keyboard. Experiences cannot be adjusted or opted out of. And i actually hope, and this is going to be disappointing, i think, for a lot of specialty action designers out there in the vi space. But if if you don't know how to do that, i would suggest, in the design phase of a project, not having interactive charts. Try and reveal the information in some other way.
