Is Ice Exposure Good for Hypertrophy?

Some people don't have the flexibility to kind of choose where are they going to put their cold deliberate cold exposure during the day. I would suggest that you do it earlier on the day because you also activate your sympathetic nervous system and you will have the the activation of a no adrenaline adrenaline and cortisol so all the stress hormones increase. It's just like four cups of coffee yeah you can take that energy throughout the day and use that but if you do it later on the day then you could have problems sleeping or maybe some people actually sleep better before when they do ice punching before.
