What's a Hellabyte?

Richard Brown, a metrologist in the UK National Physical Laboratory, came up with Rana and Quetta. They are unofficial terms that have not been adopted into the SI. The symbols H and B are already used in the metric system for other units or prefixes. And they want to generally make them sound vaguely like Greek or Latin numbers.
