The Ukrainian Government Issues a Blacklist of American Citizens

A month or so later the Ukrainian government issued a blacklist of American citizens that it claims or Russian propaganda. On that list appeared congressman Paul or senator Paul as well as former congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard along with myself and professor Mearsheimer. This is the effort to suggest that any Americans who exercise our constitutional right to oppose the US government's role in Ukraine are to be deemed Russian propaganda.
