What's the Best Way to Get the Most Out of M and A?
The one place i see it a lot isthe what kind of deal should we here? What are we trying to achieve, and what's the best avenue for achieving that? So thinking through how prior significant equity investments coupled with a really significant commercial relationship has worked. And so seeing what has and hasn't worked epending on the key things we're trying to get out of the deal. I think just being like someone whos idealge superinterested, has experience and is thoughtful that crosses specialties. Ithing can be really activea valuable purchacipin around the table from a pretty early stage.
