The Structure of the Scaffold

Josh: I want to talk about the structure of good quality feedback and why we've chosen this specific structure. So there's an opportunity for coach to plan their bid is an opportunity for them to plan modeling, plan a question about the model, plan rehearsal and plan actions and observation. And then once you've automated, you can list to a podcast while you're going to school or you can read a book or whatever it might be. It's not a straight jacket but it's a scaffold which can be tweaked and adapted as people understand how coaching works.
