The Problem Solver
When we hire people, often we do narrow searches. But i think that can be parred away from the sense of being a broad minded problem solver. I think willy don't need to be a genius. Wel isit is 20 20, yee bes. And when you work in a new field, there aren't snior people aral to write letters and appreciate it,. things like that. If you just look at the field is listening to you as you're talking. So maybe this is hindsight being 20 20, or i'm being simplisitic, or what have you.
