The One Thing You Want to Change This Week

It's been good actually I've been thinking so much from our last talk. Well, what I would encourage you to do is to totally tackle one thing and do that differently. We all have this tendency with ADHD to or we get this like this moment of excitement like okay we're going to really do better which then causes us to end up changing nothing. So what would be the one thing that you want to change next week? Probably going to bed earlier that way I can start my morning off feeling better.
