Are Races and Bigote the Same?

I think, i think genuinely, that race is a construction of the mind. I don't think theyre sadly that now, the government that we have right now probably used to be very racious towards after september eleventh. And this you will find old communist manifestoes about using racial division as a tactic of the united states has worked extremely well. But i don't think realistically, that your average individual is a particularly races person, nor do i think ha the institutions that they serve under are intended to be races institutions because the institutions are a reflection of the people who work at them.
