Richard II's Duels Are Pretty Standard Practice

Richard II was not a very great king. He eventually arbitrarily kicked out people from the country because they were strong-noble lords. Henry Ballingbrook had this dispute with this other local lord and they got into a fight and they were going to have a duel to the death. But Richard II stopped it. Out of a fight to the death, you're all banished. And I think it was the Duke of Mobray out of England. It was pretty arbitrary and everyone was super upset because it's like, listen, they wanted to fight to restore their honor.
