Women are more vulnerable to sleep problems than men. Menopause and perimenopause, they are huge trigger-tribular insomnia in women. There is a lot on in our society now that makes it the perfect storm for insomnia. What can we do at bedtime? We're not doing anything to sort of help our system get into the right space for sleep. It's very 24 hour, you know, with our phones and things with the best will in the world.
