Not many companies have formal training programms and so on. Companies are always going to want some of that if they'll be paying for it. But there's a universe of resources like yourself out there that people could tap into. I think every sales person should have some budget that they can spend externally. Even coming from the world of enablement, which i've been in for seven years,. It's really hard to even form programmes that appeal to everyone. There's so many options that are really beyond the cooki cutter, one size fits all approach. So it's really cool time in sal training.
