Is It Possible to Change the Stress in English?
I think I think that you could lead to things that look like non-canded morphology if vowels start behaving strangely under different accent circumstances, which absolutely happens in Arabic and especially Hebrew. There are people who have claimed that basically the stress placement rules in English are sensitive to word class. That seems more likely to me, but I would need to see data. William, you had something talking about consonant grades? Yes, consonant gradation is really interesting. It's most known in the Eurelic languages, especially everyone's favorite, Finnish.
