Every job has an element of idealism, which is usually about serving somebody else in need. And I think we missed that in the for profit sector when we think everything is transactional. Almost every company or many the majority of companies are, hey, we started this because there was a pain or a problem and some way we could serve the world. That's true whether you're for profit or not for profit.
