The Benefits of Red Meat in the Brain

I'm not convinced that a plant-based, purely plant-based diet is going to be great long term. Glutamate and these umami foods can drive obesity in China. I believe that this will if we could develop ways to block fructose metabolism in the brain, I think it would have a fantastic benefit. It's just that we only eat four grams of glutamate a day and we eat 75 grams of sugar a day.
