The Best Thing Isn't What I've Been Working on for a While

I like not being precious about my work. You do it, you can let the door, you see what people think of it and write something entirely different next week. And to me, the best thing is never what I've been working on for a while. The best thing is the thing I haven't started yet. It's always going to be tough to disagree with somebody who's read more than me. He knows more about the thing that he's talking about than me. But I just want to register my suspicion. Is it really like this? Yeah.
