The Challenges of Working in a Commercial Insurance Company

One of the biggest challenges was just the cultural and human reluctance to change perhaps. I've been probably doing corporate innovation for at least half my career, so at least 15 years maybe. It's always something you can get better at is figuring out how to help people be comfortable with change. People also often have a difficult time imagining something as possible that they've never personally done or they've never seen the company do. So finding ways to bring to life the future possibility that I may see as an innovation leader,. making it accessible, understandable, relatable; storytelling, using data and evidence if you can find it.
