What Does a Deep Happiness Mean?

A deep happiness means that, let's say to day you're in a bad mood. It doesn't mean you're always cheerful and laughing all the time. People who seem to be laughing and cheerful all the time are not always so happy deep inside. That's what i mean when i'm talking about,let's say, a deep happiness.
