The Importance of Preclinical Data in Oral Drugs
The remission rate, that's a really high bar. You tend not to see a lot of noise in remission rate or you don't see high placebo responses. The biology that the biologics might predict is being gradually replicated by oral immunology therapies. And so this was a really important validating data point for oral drugs to be able to replicate the activity of biologics as we're starting to build the database of experience and think about translating it beyond.
