The Importance of Feeling Hungry

If you're not fasting long enough, it's going to be really hard to adjust. I'm dying though to ask Davidson clear that question because he talks about he says it a lot. There is a lot to be said for the adjustment phase in letting your body have a consistent rhythm so that you can adjust to fasting. Once you get past that, that's when keeping the body guessing is more of a pro than a con.
