The EU's Role in Regulating the Global Marketplace
You've laid out in an article, I think soon in a book, the idea that there are three different approaches to regulation represented respectively by the EU, by China and the US. Can you just briefly allow what those three different approaches are? Yes, I call the American model a market driven model. The Chinese model is state driven and the European A rights driven model. It really reflects this human centric vision for digital development where we think about the fair distribution of the gains of digital transformation.
