Gizzard Under Door: Nigerian vs. Ghanaian
I'm going to go for gizzard under door from Enish. I think all of Nigerian food has got a little bit of a kick to it. So spicy food is a yeah staple in my household. We've had a few people come on the podcast talk about jollof rice and it's a big thing of Nigerian versus Ghanaian. Is that is that coming in? Like J. Rice is in the fight but I think I'm going I'm going elsewhere.
