How to Respond to Pushback From Users

I think it's one of the hardest questions to fight back to, especially when it comes from someone maybe more senior or in a higher decision making position. If I can show a user having trouble, these people actually do say in the end, well, why have we fixed this before? Yes. And then it becomes their decision, and that's okay with me.
