I think creativity plays a huge part in that. It's the practice of ideas, right? You don't have to make design or a product to be creative. Make a spreadsheet and you're creative. I turned customer service into human conversation and I had fun doing it. And I did it for like three years. So when you look at the how and not just the what, you are still able to have a lot of expression and do things your way.
