The way that I treated on immune is completely different than the way that I treat now, especially diving into the research. We've got this almost martyrdom approach where we're congratulating patients for avoiding a pain killer or avoiding their antihistamine. It's not supported in the evidence at all. And so I think as a whole, and this is one of the reasons why I'm doing a room at our arthritis module, five hour course for practitioners.
