The Colorado's Watershed

The water of the Colorado flowed almost entirely into this basin for a span of two straight years. Engineers tried frantically to plug this hole, and everything they did just made it worse. And downstream in the Colorado, not only was that a wet land, but also... Were there people that used to use that water? Yeah, well, sure. That's not true even today, and I'll get to that in a second.
