How to Talk to Your Therapist About Attachment Issues

The whole goal of therapy is to get you to do things outside of therapy and do okay with it. We should be very acutely aware of when we do and why we do and talk about it with our therapist. The ability to talk about how valuable this has been but also how you see the limitations it's causing is going to be so difficult yet healing for you. Remember as a therapist, we don't take things personally. This isn't about us. This is about you and your time in therapy.
