The Moral Character of Victims
i think there may asto be an interestingly fine line between what types of traits we want to see the victim as having if we want to justify the need for justice restorative action and helping the victim in punishing the perpetrator. And then maybe also similar, but meaningfully different, a flavor of these traits could be us to justify our inaction and blame the victim and say it's their fault that they're in the situation. So, yes, i think they would be quite interesting tod im get a richer sense of how much responsibility we might ascribe to victims.
