The New York Street Rat
Sheep said Bay is a native New Yorker. He says he came from humble beginnings and hustled all the time to keep things going. The streets of Coney Island in the late 50s, early 60s were a place of community for him. sheep said Bay: I refer to myself as a street rat just because most of my knowledge and experience on how to approach things come from those days on the street.
