Is There a Difference Between a White and a Black?

As a woman of chinese descent living in australia, elisa had some uncomfortable experiences on her job. She was the only one who had to show her boss's idea at the bar to prove she was with her company. Elissa ran into one of her co workers who was white, and she told them what had happened. And i just kind of felt like they didn't have my back in a wayas as a peasant of color, i don't think we have the luxury of knowing whether something is a mistake of some one being mean. And racism is always in the question.
