How to Meditate in a Comfortable Position

If you're still in bed, make your way out of bed and find a comfortable position. I recommend that you meditate sitting up but that's simply because I don't want you to fall back asleep. We all have different preferences and different spaces, so do whatever works best for you. And once you've found that comfortable position, just allow yourself to settle in.
