The Retrieval Plugin for Chachi PT

The retrieval plugin is a little bit in its, its sort of alpha form right now. The general idea is that you can run this service locally on your computer where it allows you to upload files that you want Chachi PT to have access to. So I think this is really going to like unlock so much more functionality for people that they don't have right now.
