Having a Zero Touch, Lights Out Environment in Pharma Manufacturing
I feel that a large part of our time and energy in the pharma industry goes in terms of resolving problems and failures post factor. In a zero touch, lights out environment, you would move away from failures and correction centered industry to a predictive one. So there will be, again, no failures, no incidents, no touches and a dramatically simplified operation. Machines can do repetitive works much better than humans can do.
