Saul Bello and the Chicken Hawk

When the second Gulf War began I was talking to somebody at UC Berkeley and like a lot of male undergraduates both men and women were becoming right-wing but women sort of pretended to some extent that they were still liberal. This guy had been among the most bloodthirsty advocates of the war so when I said well are you gonna join up he said he laughed very innocentlylike no of course not. That shocked me because I was kind of an old school reactionary like you know you're supposed to go  that's a rule.
