Is Abortion a Morality Issue?
Oftentimes people think about abortion as being part of what are often called morality policies. But activists andp makers are far more likely to use instrumental rhetoric that's talking about framing a abortion is needing to be restricted, or kind of other rationalistic arguments. On the other hand, i do think it's also a salient cultural issue, that it has a strong mobilizing effect with a very influential network of interest groups.
