I think people are looking for food that tastes good. I have a few personal training clients as well that just gone carnivore because they saw my page, they wanted to try it. And what happens to them is they'll go a few weeks carnivore. They'll tell me they feel really good. Now they don't need electrolytes anymore. The further away they go from it, the worse they feel. It's very rare. I've had no clients that have strain trained with me and haven't listened to my dietary advice that did really well. They were just suckers of the gym. That's what tends to happen with people.
