Not All Who Are Born of Israel Constitute Israel

I used to have two questions. The first one then is Israel's distinctiveness based on their beholdenness to God's action and through them and unto the world. That's my first question. Go down first. I think what Paul argues in 9 through 11 is that God created Israel. So Israel is God's and has been recreated in every generation. But for Paul, what's important about Israel is not this ethnic line,. It's not a biological line, it's God's line of creating and recreating.
