The Importance of Balance in Science Communication
Since I was a kid, I would like record songs from the radio on my little like stereo and then pretend to be like a DJ. And so I was always just playing with audio. It definitely took work to do that. Like, I don't think that comes naturally for any scientist. You're so used to talking in jargon to other people who understand what you're talking about. So I think it was only practicing, you know, doing this podcast that I had been flexing that muscle.
