Is There a Difference Between a Flat and a Hill?

For road runners, yeah, I'd just be flat. But even with Norwegians, the short power intervals are often done on hills. That's stimulus. So any point on how it works? Uphills lead to a higher aerobic stress without the higher mechanical stress. And both involve our favorite boy, Drew Holman. For me, that is in the very end, go end of my Z2, maybe the highend of my Z1. It would need to be running really fast.
