i'm convinced that salesrips need to move more towards product and more towards customers success. The customer is there interfacing with, let's us call it a sales person for now, but the person representing the company. They can go back to the product people and be the most valuable part of that feedback loop. It's not about adding more features and benefits - it's about solving the bigger problem at hand.
