Should I Wrap My Knee, or Should I Stretch My Forearm?

I've had a tendanitus in my right knee for forever, it seems like since ios 18 or something like that. So i' ming o mess roundwith sme of the stuff, and i'll see what, see what i can do with it. We i think one of the best things is those backward sledge drags. And then from a joint perspective, like tibial internal nexta rotation. A lot of people don't think your shin should do this, but your forearm does it. I mean, there's a ton of things i can attribute to that not tracking correctly.
