The Importance of Zinc and Magnesium in Hormones
Getting enough calories in and also getting enough vitamins and minerals is what I would deem to be covering your bases from a dietary perspective. It's like these hormones can be impacted by any number of different things. zinc and magnesium are low hanging fruit that I often see as impactful. If you were deficient and you supplemented with them or corrected your diet, but ultimately the full picture is you need a certain amount of everything.
