What I Do on a Daste Basis
Omnia performance is or on line coaching business. I look after the front end and the back end side of things, which means i have a slightly lower capacity than jonny does for athletes. The other side of what i do is the modern mind, which principally is this podcast as well as the business that i run my public kin commitments through. It's not something i speak about so much on social media because it often requires a lot of emotional decompression. And i often want to get in get the job done to the best of my ability,. answer the questions, have the conversations and then get out and move on.
